Arisaka Weninggalih Tangkudung is an advocate and certified Intellectual Property Consultant who has specialised in intellectual property law.

He advises clients on a range of intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and contentious proceedings. His experience includes handling trademark cancellation cases before the Central Jakarta Commercial Court, as well as managing registrations for both national and international clients, including filings under the Madrid System.

A graduate of Universitas Trisakti and a member of PERADI, he is also registered in relation to international trademark filings under WIPO. He is recognised for combining legal precision with a measured, client-focused approach.

As Managing Partner, he oversees the firm’s intellectual property advisory work, maintaining a disciplined and structured approach to matters entrusted to the firm
